- 1 / 5By Amber SmithEvery single time I go to this place they are so rude...Last week I walked inside and I did not get greeted at all the manager was on her phone sitting down at the back desk and they guy on front counter was also on the phone with an ear piece and placing liners on trays I stood there ready to order for at least 5 mins not a peep from him no can I help you or nothing so I walked out...I said I wouldn't go back but I love Arby's food so I went back last night and went to the drive thru this time they rushed me to order then when I got my food they just closed the window didn't say anything else just passed me the food and that's it VERY VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!! THEY NEED TRAINING....ON THE UPPER HAND FOOD IS GOOD BUT BEFORE I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH GETTING THE WRONG FOOD....Just bad experience every single time!!! They need help ughhh...March 11, 2017
