- 1 / 5By Kelci DavisTERRIBLE!!!! We waited for 20 minutes in this place for three things of pretzel bites and one soft pretzel. They did not make our soft pretzel and their response was "you can have a cookie instead". The guy cooking the pretzels wasn't wearing any gloves while handling our food and he was too busy flirting with a girl in line to pay attention to our order which is why we didn't get our pretzel in the first place. The girl working the register was extremely nice but I was very displeased with everything else and they will never get my business again.March 15, 2017
