  Poor customer service! My gf bought a doz of hot original glaze; when it came out, the donuts weren't as hot as we want, it were just warm. My gf asked for exchanging a new box, but that black girl there said she didn't understand what my gf was talking about. My gf got out of the store and complained to me about that. Then, I carry the box went inside the store and ask them for exchange again. She said since we took it out of the store already, they cannot change it anymore.

  If there was an option for a negative star I would give that. They have the worst customer service. They don't communicate to the customers if they are out of doughnuts. I stood in line for 45 mins just to get to the front and the lady tells me they are out of glazed doughnuts. I wish I knew 45 mins ago. The employees just stand around and act as if they could care less.
